2016 SBI Best Developer

Awarded the 2016 SBI Best Developer Award for developing a range of applications that currently aid 27,000 branches by providing dashboards to monitor real-time transactional data as well as helping the bank by lowering vendor support and speeding up operational processes through automation.

SBI Excellence Award

Financial year 2017-18

Team won SBI Excellence for designing and developing Rule-based debit card fraud detection and monitoring software. Application has launched in SBI intranet for Bank's fraud monitoring cell to monitor the alerts around-the-clock and takes necessary steps, such as verifying transaction legitimacy and barring the debit card in case of fraud, by consuming numerous APIs. Application currently handles millions of transactions each day. Averted the expense of buying similar software off the market and protected Bank's customer from debit card frauds.

SBI Star Award

Financial year 2017-18, Quarter 3

Won SBI Star awards during the financial year 2017-18 for automating the “Cash Machine download” process by developing an SMS-based solution. Application supports 27,000 SBI branches in India to get 67,000 cash machines (ATM) operational. Nearly 1 lakh SMS queries are processed daily by the application.

Impacts : Reduced average ATM downtime. Halved the number of tele supporting employees.

Best Innovative Project

Year 2018

Received recognition from the SBI Chairman Mr. Rajnish Kumar for leading the launch of "YONO CASH” a card-less cash withdrawal functionality on 67,000 ATMs via Bank’s mobile app (YONO).

“YONO CASH” is considered as one of the most ambitious, innovative and user friendly projects in the SBI

2015 & 2016 SBI Hackathons Runner Up

2015 - Built a web application to assign KRA (Key Responsibility Area) to employees.
2016 - Created an android application that used pre-trained ML models from Microsoft Azure to recognise customer satisfaction with branch support based on facial expressions.

2015 - Best Developer under CGM/CTO Channels

Developed an internal service desk to address problems that SBI branches were having with debit card issuance, customer complaints on debit card transactions and technical problems with ATMs/Cash Machines.
